1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been packed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

For customers in Thailand, please contact us via LINE Official Account: @silkandmoss. International customers may contact us at silkandmosswork@gmail.com.

For approved cancellations, refunds for bank transfer payments will be processed within 7 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

สำหรับการยกเลิกที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ ทางร้านจะดำเนินการคืนเงินสำหรับการชำระผ่านการโอนเงินภายใน 7 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ยืนยันการยกเลิก โดยระยะเวลาที่เงินจะเข้าบัญชีจริงอาจแตกต่างกันไปขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินของลูกค้า


2. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Silk & Moss, we take great care in the design, production, and packaging of every piece. We hope that you are delighted with your order.

Domestic Orders — Thailand

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the item:

  • Is unworn and unused
  • Remains in its original condition
  • Has all original tags and packaging intact
  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase

For change-of-mind returns or reasons unrelated to an error or fault on the part of Silk & Moss, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, Silk & Moss will cover the return shipping costs.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

If a customer requests an exchange or return for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees for both the outbound and return shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 3 days of receiving the item if you discover any defect or damage.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, Silk & Moss will cover the cost of the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items that are damaged after delivery due to customer use
  • Items without their original tags or packaging
  • Sale or promotional items, unless the item is defective
  • Accessories, underwear, swimwear bottoms, socks, and tights
  • Gift cards, where applicable

คำสั่งซื้อภายในประเทศไทย

ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งขอ เปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าจะต้อง:

  • ไม่ผ่านการสวมใส่หรือใช้งาน
  • อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์และเหมือนสภาพเดิม

กรณีเปลี่ยนใจหรือเหตุผลอื่นที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากความผิดพลาดหรือข้อบกพร่องของ Silk & Moss ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งสินค้าคืน

กรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิ ชำรุด หรือจัดส่งสินค้าผิดรายการ Silk & Moss จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งสินค้าคืน

คำสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศ

คำสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้ ยกเว้นกรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิหรือชำรุด

หากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าด้วยเหตุผลอื่น ลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงค่าภาษีนำเข้า ภาษี และค่าจัดส่งทั้งขาไปและขากลับ

กรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิหรือชำรุด

กรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าทันทีที่ได้รับ และแจ้งทางร้านภายใน 3 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า หากพบว่าสินค้ามีตำหนิหรือชำรุด

กรุณาแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ พร้อมแนบรูปภาพหรือวิดีโอที่แสดงปัญหาของสินค้าอย่างชัดเจน เมื่อทางร้านตรวจสอบและอนุมัติแล้ว Silk & Moss จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนได้

ทางร้านไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้:

  • สินค้าที่ผ่านการสวมใส่ ซัก หรือใช้งานแล้ว
  • สินค้าที่ได้รับความเสียหายหลังการจัดส่งจากการใช้งานของลูกค้า
  • สินค้าที่ไม่มีป้ายหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
  • สินค้าลดราคา หรือสินค้าจากโปรโมชั่น เว้นแต่สินค้ามีตำหนิ
  • เครื่องประดับ ชุดชั้นใน กางเกงว่ายน้ำ ถุงเท้า และถุงน่อง
  • บัตรของขวัญ (ถ้ามี)

3. Shipping Policy

Silk & Moss ships worldwide from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

During collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or for pre-order items, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Delivery — Thailand

Delivery within Thailand takes approximately 7–14 business days from order confirmation and payment, excluding public holidays.

International Delivery

International delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

Pre-order items may require additional time depending on the production schedule.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, local courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Silk & Moss cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

การเตรียมและจัดส่งสินค้า

คำสั่งซื้อจะได้รับการเตรียมและจัดส่งภายในประมาณ 1–3 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน

ในช่วงเปิดตัวคอลเลกชัน โปรโมชั่น วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ หรือสำหรับสินค้าพรีออเดอร์ ระยะเวลาในการเตรียมสินค้าอาจนานกว่าปกติ

การจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย

การจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทยใช้เวลาประมาณ 7–14 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน โดยไม่รวมวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ

การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศใช้เวลาประมาณ 7–14 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับประเทศปลายทางและขั้นตอนทางศุลกากรของแต่ละประเทศ

สินค้าพรีออเดอร์อาจใช้เวลาเพิ่มเติมตามระยะเวลาการผลิต
