Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all Ready-to-Wear orders within 5–7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Nationwide shipping is free for all orders $250USD or more, while orders below this threshold will show standard shipping rates at checkout. All shipments are carefully packaged and sent via trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Our pre-order pieces are made to order and require additional time for production. Please allow 3–4 weeks for these garments to be completed and shipped. International shipping is available, and all rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Customs fees or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, and delivery times may vary by region.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns; however, we are happy to offer exchanges for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags securely attached. Any item that arrives without original tags or shows signs of wear will not be eligible for credit or exchange.

If something didn’t work, please email us at hello@silkandmoss.com with your order number and details on the item you’d like to exchange. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
