RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - SWEDISH CUSTOMERS

Silk & Moss is a small business ran by one person only. Please be mindful of this at the time of your purchase and when you decide to return items.
Before your purchase, feel free to ask additional questions and more pictures of the goods if necessary.
Please respect the delays below. 

Return and exchange is possible within 14 days from reception of your item with the exception of jewellery, head wraps and made-to-order items/bespoke/custom orders.
Please contact me within 2 days from reception of your item

- Exchange:
Most pieces are either unique or come in limited edition. Exchange is only possible between items of equal value. The item must be unused (garments can be tried on only, not worn over an extended period of time)/unwashed/returned in its original condition.  
Please email silkandmoss@gmail.com and I will give you instructions on how to send the item back and provide with a return adress.
Shipping is at the customer's own cost and we only accept returns with tracking numbers for safety reasons.
POSTNORD "skicka lätt"  is a recommended cost effective alternative.

When the item has been received the item, gone through quality check  and the return has been approved, we will send the new product.
If the product you want is not available we will proceed to a full refund to the extend of the value of the product returned.

If you wish to return a product;
The item must be unused (garments can be tried on only, not worn over an extended period of time)/unwashed by the buyer/returned in its original condition.

of payment as the buyer.

Faulty or incorrect goods
Please contact me within 2 days from reception of your item to declare reception of a faulty item.
If any product you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered we will ship a new product, if available in stock, as soon as we have received the product and approved the return.
Please ensure the item is packed securely and note I only accept returns with proof of postage/tracking numbers for safety reasons. POSTNORD "skicka lätt" is a recommended cost effective alternative. You will be refunded for your shipping fees within 10 working days.
If the product is not available we will make a full refund to you.

Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not collected at your service point location within 14 days, Silk & Moss reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 180 SEK to cover return administration/shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Returns are at the customer’s expense. We only accept returns with tracking numbers for safety reasons.

When we have received the item and approved the return, we will carry out the refund. All refunds will be carried out primarily through the same payment option you used for your purchase. Expect the refund within 10 working days from the date that the package reached us. Please note that we are not repaying any shipping charges.

Faulty or incorrect goods
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report to the courier staff when you receive it. Note that we carefully pack every item. We do not carry any responsibility for any damage occuring during the shipping process.
If any product you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered we will ship a new product, if available in stock, as soon as we have received the product and approved the return. If the product is not available we will make a full refund to you. 
Shipping fees are only refunded in case of faulty product.

Unclaimed orders
If you refuse your order or if we can´t deliver the goods because of incorrect information provided by you, Silk & Moss reserves the right to deduce a handling fee of 180 SEK to cover return administration/shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.   

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 24h of after placing your order, provided your item hasn't been dispatched.
I do not accept cancellations for made-to-order/bespoke/custom items if production has started and you've been notified of this.
